WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
All orders placed before 2:30 pm (cet) are typically dispatched within two business days.
Please note that during peak periods (promotions, holidays, sales), processing may take slightly longer.
PACKAGING
Your pieces will arrive carefully wrapped in tissue paper and packaged discreetly in a 100% recyclable, unbranded box. Please note we do not offer gift packaging at this time.
DELIVERY DETAILS
A signature is typically required upon delivery, though contactless options may be available upon request.
Please be aware that we do not offer named delivery; any individual present at the designated address may sign for your package.
Natural talent society is not liable for lost or misdelivered parcels once signed for at a residential or commercial building.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (WITHIN THE EU)
We proudly ship to all eu-countries. All international shipments are sent ddu (delivered duty unpaid) – local customs, vat, import duties, and clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend verifying your country’s import policy prior to ordering, as customs processes and fees vary widely.
If a package is returned due to refusal or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs.
Please note that international parcels may be opened or inspected by customs authorities.
