At Natural Talent Society, We want you to be completely Satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, We are here to assist you with our straightforward return policy.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU and Dutch Consumer Law.

After notifying us of your return, you’ll have an additional 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. Please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Unworn and Unused: Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Returnable Itemnons: Some items, such as hats, underwear, socks, swimwear, and gloves, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please check the product descriptions for specific details.

INITIATING A RETURN

  1. Contact us: Reach out to our customer support team at returns@naturaltalentsociety.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Pack items: securely pack the item(s) you’re returning, including all original tags and packaging.
  3. Return authorization: once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item(s).

RETURN SHIPPING

You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

REFUNDS

Upon receiving your returned item(s) and inspecting them, we will process your refund. please allow approximately 10 business days for us to complete this process. the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team, and they will assist you in processing the exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will make it right by providing a replacement or refund.
